Hello, world...
Things are good and toasty here in Tamboril! I have found out from walking around this little pueblo that tobacco smells like grape koolaid. Which makes my stomach hurt. I guess that´s life in the cigar capital. Hermana Bates and I have been making lots of jokes and doing silly things lately. Like playing Excalibur with a chopping knife and a pineapple. We went to the store today and they had the good bread again for the first time in like 3 weeks. Last time, I looked for a worker and took him to the bread aisle, showed him the empty shelf and was like ¿POR QÚE? haha. But things are going well. I went in to an interview with President today and he was like, ¨Are you willing to trade a new sister?¨ And I was like... trade... new sister... what? Then I realized he said TRAIN. haha. So I´m gonna train starting a week from now. I will miss Hermana Bates a LOT. I know she will really miss Tamboril. It really is a great place. By the way, I wore my Adventure Time watch to the interview. I call it my business watch. Buuut that´s about the latest and greatest of what´s going on here! I was working on my Spanish review workbook the other day and was pretty impressed with myself and my knowledge. I´m still working on it, though. Please pray for me in the coming weeks! I know it will be an adventure, I´m just wondering when I will find time to sleep. haha. Have a wonderful week!
