Wooooow it's been a while, hm? :)
Well I've recently gotten into Google+, which I have to tell you is a slow start... I assume it is all a part of the field testing period, but invites are a nightmare and the site is underwhelming at best. Then on the other hand, I might just be having a hard time adjusting because I have not utilized other Google features before, such as their chat and Picasa. I guess it's time to get better acquainted.
I have decided to be patient, though, because I am looking for a Facebook alternative. The 'in your face' ads and nationalization of personal info there has (well I guess everyone's saying it) turned Facebook into the new MySpace. I am more than happy to turn to Google to provide me with this, seeing as they already connect me to YouTube and Blogger.
By the way... I gave Tumblr a shot, and it didn't turn out so well. Go ahead, say it. Shame on me for leaving Blogger for the hipster site. :P
Ah well... I'm home, sweet home at last in my little corner of the internet, and ready to do some revamping over the summer- just in time for a big announcement about a great adventure. I'll be back soon!
