Estrogen Water

On a somewhat recent episode of The Colbert Report (hehe), I learned that the estrogen in birth control pills is not always fully absorbed, and can leave a woman's body and eventually wind up in drinking water. The estrogen, in addition to other chemicals and hormones in the water, can cause problems for males of a variety of species, including humans. Now, I'm not sure if it's a nationwide problem, but I think anyone would want to increase the effectivity of their medication. So why don't we get that estrogen where it belongs? Here's a link with some tips.

Among them you will find eliminating the use of tobacco and taking your pills at night before you sleep. :)
